This means the backend of the system is hosted in the cloud. This allows you to have phones at multiple locations (even remote).
Will It Work In My Office?
If you have an internet connection, yes! It is recommended that each phone has a dedicated ethernet drop. Wifi phones are also available.
Can I Limit What Staff Can See?
Calling analytics and recording can be limited to whoever needs access. You also have the ability to turn off recording on a phone.
